art.\u00a0<strong>149.4 LCSP<\/strong>\u00a0establece un\u00a0<strong>supuesto \u201cex lege\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>de oferta incursa en valores anormales o desproporcionados, entre otros motivos, por no cumplir con la normativa laboral<\/strong>\u00a0(v.g. el convenio colectivo sectorial aplicable), de manera que constatado por el \u00f3rgano de contrataci\u00f3n el incumplimiento, se considerar\u00e1 definitivamente oferta incursa en valores anormales o desproporcionados y proceder\u00e1 acordar su exclusi\u00f3n, con independencia de la concreta justificaci\u00f3n de costes laborales aportada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
